It was resolved at the last AGM of the Body Corporate in order to tighten up the security at the complex to close one of the pedestrian gates , it was decided that the pedestrian gate closest to Thomas road would be closed.
The first stage of this has now been implemented with the tags now disabled on this gate , one can still open it via the intercom system
The Trustees have also resolved to restrict the hours of operation of the "red" gate on Thomas road , this will be implemented in the coming week.
The gate will now be active only during the following hours.
Mon-Sun 06:00-10:00 16:30-19:00
These hours may well be reduced even further and ultimately the gate may well be permanently closed.
